This summary is for your reference only and does not form part of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BE CLEAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16416180) with its registered office at Northwood House, 138 Bromham Road, England, MK40 2QW, trading as "Brumble" ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our Site or App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Brumble introduces you to comparison services to help you find and compare products and services from various providers. The platform allows you to:
The comparison service is provided to you free of charge. We generate revenue through commissions and fees paid by providers when you make purchases through our platform.
When you purchase a product or service through our Site, we may receive:
This compensation does not affect how we compare or rank products and services. We are committed to providing fair and unbiased comparisons.
Brumble offers a paid vehicle history checking service ("Premium Vehicle Reports") that provides detailed information about a vehicle's history, including provenance checks, valuation data, MOT history, and safety recall information. This is a digital product delivered instantly after payment.
Premium Vehicle Reports are priced at the amount shown on the purchase page at the time of your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You will not be signed up to any subscription or recurring payment. Each report is a one-off purchase.
Premium Vehicle Reports are non-refundable digital products. Once a report has been generated, the data has been retrieved from our providers and cannot be reversed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the report will be generated immediately and that you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the digital content is supplied immediately with your consent.
If a report cannot be generated due to a technical failure on our part, we will either generate the report as soon as possible or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Premium Vehicle Reports combine data from multiple third-party sources, including but not limited to Experian, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), and Brego. We present this data as provided by these sources and do not independently verify it.
While we take reasonable care to ensure data is presented accurately and in context, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information in any report. The data reflects information available from our providers at the time the report is generated and may not reflect changes that occur after that date.
A Premium Vehicle Report should be used as one part of your decision-making process when buying or selling a vehicle. It is not a substitute for a physical vehicle inspection, a professional mechanic's assessment, or independent legal advice.
Certain checks within the Premium Vehicle Report, specifically the outstanding finance, stolen vehicle, and insurance write-off checks, are backed by a data guarantee provided by Experian. This guarantee is subject to Experian's own terms and conditions, which you can review here: Experian AutoCheck Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a Premium Vehicle Report, you agree to the terms of the Experian Data Guarantee as they apply to the relevant checks. The data guarantee is provided by Experian, not by Brumble. Any claims under the guarantee must be made in accordance with Experian's terms.
The maximum liability under the Experian Data Guarantee is £10,000.
Each Premium Vehicle Report is stored permanently in your Brumble account and can be accessed at any time. Reports can also be shared with third parties via a unique shareable link. Anyone with the link can view the report. You are responsible for who you share your report link with.
Downloaded PDF reports are provided for your personal use. The data within the report remains a snapshot of information available at the time of generation.
The format, design, and presentation of Premium Vehicle Reports are the intellectual property of Be Clear Technologies Limited. The underlying data is provided by and remains the property of the respective data sources (Experian, DVSA, DVLA, Brego). You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute reports or report data for commercial purposes without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brumble's total liability in connection with any Premium Vehicle Report is limited to the price you paid for that report. This limitation does not affect your rights under the Experian Data Guarantee (Section 3.5) or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from decisions you make based on information contained in a Premium Vehicle Report, including but not limited to the purchase, sale, or financing of a vehicle.
