You're free to use the figures in Brumble's data indices, including in news stories, research and reports. All we ask is that you credit Brumble and link to the source.
Brumble's own figures
The figures we work out ourselves, such as averages, changes, tables and charts, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You can copy, share and adapt them, including for commercial use, as long as you give credit.

Data from other sources
Some of our indices use public data. That data keeps its own licence:
- Forecourt fuel prices: Fuel Finder, Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Weekly UK road fuel prices: Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- MOT test results: Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), anonymised MOT tests and results. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Our data downloads only include data we are allowed to share.
